A NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE 24HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND 48HRS PRIOR TO PACKAGES AND MULTIPLE TREATMENTS LASTING MORE THAN 90MIN. INSUFFICIENT NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHARGES UP TO 50% SERVICE VALUE. ALL SAME DAY CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW RESERVATIONS WILL BE ASSESSED A CHARGE AT FULL VALUE OF SERVICES.
